Jack C. "Toby" Skaggs, Jr.
Toby is a native of the Rio Grande Valley, born and raised in Harlingen.
After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas
at Austin, he earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of
Law. He has been licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas
since 1982, and returned to the Valley, where he began his legal career
representing insurance companies, businesses, health care providers
and individuals in State and Federal courts throughout the Valley and the
state for over 36 years. He is well known and respected throughout the area.
His experience, whether dealing with complex legal matters or the drafting of
contracts, will give you the representation you need in today's legal world. Toby
is available for consultation in Harlingen, Brownsville or McAllen.
Toby is fluent in Spanish, which helps in communicating with both clients
and witnesses.
